New Agent Hire helps connect candidates with partner companies that are hiring remote sales representatives, and provides related training, coaching, and support. Our Services are free for candidates — our partner companies cover the cost.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use the Services.
We do not guarantee that you will be placed, hired, or earn any particular amount. Any income figures or examples shown reflect the experiences of certain individuals and are not promises or projections of your results. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, licensing, and the policies of partner companies.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep it updated, and to use the Site and Services lawfully. You are responsible for the information you submit.
By providing your contact information, you agree that we and our partners may contact you about opportunities and your application. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We facilitate introductions between you and partner companies. We are not the employer. Any hiring decision, employment terms, compensation, and working relationship are solely between you and the partner company. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or employment practices of partner companies.
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Stratford Davis LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratford Davis LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratford Davis LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
