  • Representative details — the name, email, and phone number of the authorized contact submitting the request on behalf of the company.

We use this information to set up and manage your account, deliver the products and services you request, communicate with you about onboarding and support, connect you with suitable candidates, and handle billing and our business relationship. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, CRM, and communications) and as required by law. We retain business and partner information for as long as the partnership is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and compliance purposes.

We use your information to review and process your application; match you with partner companies that are hiring; provide training, coaching, and support; communicate with you about opportunities, scheduling, and follow-ups; operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services; and comply with our legal obligations.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we and our partners may send you messages about career opportunities, application updates, interview scheduling, and placement follow-ups.   • Partner companies and agencies. To match and place you, we share relevant application information with the companies and agencies that may hire you.

  • Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
